Every product we produce must meet strict industry ; reducing the risk of errors and defects, in an industry where reliability of this nature is crucial to deliver dependable solutions. 

Our Alcumus ISOQAR ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) with the key aspects being: Quality management, Risk-Based thinking, continuous improvements and Customer Focus. It is awarded to organisations who meet the standards of providing high quality products and services and continually improving processes whilst remaining consistent with meeting customer expectations. 

As part of our commitment to quality management we have taken the extra step of upgrading our project management system from Filemaker, our bespoke system of choice for the past decade, to Business Central. Our custom-built Microsoft Business Central system will allow us to scrutinise our projects much more thoroughly in a way that integrates much closer with our existing systems and processes. 

One of our guiding principles is that of integrity, as such our ISO 14001:2015 certification is vital. ISO 14001:2015 demonstrates our dedication to minimising environmental impact, ensuring that our operations are sustainable and compliant with environmental regulations to ensure our products are manufactured in an environmentally responsible manner. 

Our Alcumus ISOQAR ISO 14001:2015 certification is an internationally recognised standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS). It is awarded to organisations who demonstrate effective environmental management, commit to sustainability, and compliance with environmental regulations. 

A new addition to our certifications, in 2024 we received the JOSCAR certificate, confirming we meet the rigorous requirements of the defence and aerospace industries, demonstrating our reliability and integrity in adhering to industry standards. This provides us with an excellent platform to work with a wide range of stakeholders within the defence industry. 

The JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) certificate is an accreditation system specifically designed for suppliers in industries with strict regulatory requirements, demonstrating their compliance with key requirements in these sectors such as quality, safety and corporate social responsibility. This certification allows you to be part of the exclusive JOSCAR community. 

A must for operating within the emergency services and defence industry supply chains, we have been a Cyber Essentials Basic certified company since 2018. This stands us in excellent stead as the preferred manufacturing partner to many prime contractors across those industries. 

The Cyber Essentials certificate is a UK government-backed certification that helps organisations protect themselves from common cyber threats. Our certification was carried out by Cyber Tec Security. 

In 2025 we took the step to go for the highest level of the UK Government-backed, independently verified cyber security scheme, Cyber Essentials Plus. 

This milestone strengthens our already resolute commitment to cyber security, highlighting our commitment to protecting sensitive data across the police, military, and wider industries we serve.  

We see this commitment as pertinent in our effort to provide added assurance to prime contractors within our supply chain and is paramount in our endeavours to grow as a business. 

As with our Cyber Essentials Basic certification, our Cyber Essentials Plus certification was carried out by Cyber Tec Security.
