We primarily supply government agencies and registered organisations (police, prisons, military, security, approved distributors). Many of products we supply on our website are readily available, but if you are a private business or training provider and you are unsure, please contact us and we will advise on eligibility and routes to purchase.
What are the typical lead times and MOQs?
Lead times and minimum order quantities vary by product (e.g., stock vs. made to order, customisation level). We’ll confirm at quote stage together with any batch testing or acceptance criteria.
What if I want a large quantity?
Many of our products are available to be ordered in a large quantity for police forces and prisons, whether that is through a framework purchase or a direct purchase. If you are looking to order a large quantity, or if our products display as 'out of stock' please use our 'Request a quote' feature where we gladly provide you a quote. Please note that the price may vary for orders purchased this way as we will be able to alter the price for larger quantities.
