Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item or request a refund. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your item is damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product for a full refund or exchange. 

Exchanges

Defective Items: If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. The exchange process will begin once we have received and inspected the returned item. 

Standard exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for returning the original item in its unused and original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange for your desired product. Please note that any price differences between the exchanged items will need to be settled before the new item is shipped. Shipping costs for the return and the new item may apply. 

Return Process

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, fill in the form below or contact our customer service team at info@chilternglobal.com within the applicable time frame (30 days). Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send back any items without an RA number. 

Return Shipping Costs

Non-Faulty Goods: If the item being returned is not faulty, you will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. 

Faulty Goods: If the item is being returned due to a fault or damage that was present when you received it, Chiltern Global will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return postage. 

International Returns: For international returns, delivery costs may be subject to review based on the location and specific circumstances. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance. 

Refund Processing

Standard Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. 

Damaged/Faulty Goods Refunds: Refunds for damaged or faulty goods will be processed as soon as the return is received and inspected. Once this is done, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. These refunds will include the original purchase price and any applicable return shipping costs. 

Statutory Rights

Your Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you receive are faulty or not as described, under the applicable consumer protection laws.
